Do I have PI insurance?

Yes. I have PI insurance.

​What are the steps to get started?

After having preliminary conversations to discuss requirements and budget, a contract can be drawn up. After signing, you will give me access to your systems and we can arrange work the same way you would with any employed individual. The only real difference for you is the contract and I am based off site.

How do I track and share hours worked?

Working within the agreed hours and format, I record a start and finish time within a timekeeping app. Each time recording captured has a brief overview of what was done in that time. This report will be sent monthly to you.

Do I use my own equipment?

I work flexibly so they are not static times, however I do tend to stick with GMT/GMT+1 business hours.

GDPR Details

I have an ICO certificate and comply with GDPR. 
If you would like me to sign an NDA, I will of course be more than happy to do so. I am used to working with highly confidential information.

What software am I used to? 

Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Quickbooks, Xero, Slack, Trello, Notion, Salesforce, Hubspot, Concur, Zoom, Webex, Reapit, Canva, Mailchimp, Zoho, Wix, and many more.

How do I accept payments?

I can accept payments via bank transfer to my EU bank account, or I can accept Wise payments in your currency at the agreed rate.

What languages do I speak?

I am a native English speaker. I am working on becoming a fluent French speaker also.

How to get started and set up?

After having a preliminary conversation to discuss requirements and budget, a quote would be issued. If happy to proceed contracts would be signed. After signing, I can get to work using the systems and access agreed.

We liaise and arrange work the same way you would with any employed individual. 

What happens during my holidays?

Firstly, I always give plenty of notice. We will agree a strategy to ensure work is covered. If preferable, I can find cover from another VA within my trusted network.

What are my business hours?

I work flexibly so they are not static times, however I do tend to stick with GMT/GMT+1 business hours.

Where am I based?

I used to be London based until 2024 and now I am located in France. My clients are global so the location does not restrict where my clients are based.
